The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is close to the tram station and within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a well-equipped kitchen and a big window that provides plenty of natural light. the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The lack of proper organization during check-in resulted in confusion and delays for some guests.

Everything was excellent - location, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, staff friendliness, easy access and check-in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is close to the tram stop and metro, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, it is just a short walk to the beautiful Vltava river. I also loved how conveniently located it was, right at the next crossroad. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The airport shuttle service was a great feature, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and soundproofed rooms. I was impressed with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine and cookware. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying meals. the facilities and services provided here were of excellent quality.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a huge window. The location was perfect, great to easily explore all of Prague's main attractions. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the high-speed wifi was a plus. The staff was helpful in resolving any issues that arose. I would highly recommend Figaro Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Prague.
